We’ve been invited to take part in a fun and spirited community event supporting the Summerville High School Bears — and it’s shaping up to be a lively morning in Tuolumne.

The Summerville Bears Support Group is organizing a parade through the city of Tuolumne featuring football players, cheerleaders, coaches, and staff, and they’ve asked the Sonora A’s to help make the event shine with a lineup of classic cars. KVML’s Mark Trupner will even be broadcasting live, adding to the excitement.

Here are the details:

• Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026

• Meet: 9:30 AM at Barrow’s Café & Grill

• First stop: Pancake Breakfast at Memorial Hall

• Parade begins: 11:00 AM

To sign up or ask questions, contact Ed at (209)533-0419.

Please provide the following information:

• Car age and model

• Name of owner

Let’s show our community some Sonora A’s spirit and help cheer on the Bears in style!

Warm regards,

Vince
