10am - 4:30pm: Hospitality Room @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

All Day: Self Guided Tours

2pm - 4pm Overdrive seminar hosted by Steve Mitchell and Paul Shinn, also, Steve will unveil a new product!

6pm - 9pm: Welcome Dinner Party @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

Saturday

7am - 12noon: In-person Registration @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

8am - 6pm: Pick-A-Prize / Hospitality Room @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

7am - 3pm: Hospitality Room @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

All Day: Self Guided Tours

9am - 2pm: The Grand Tour (+$35)

Departure and staging details will be provided in your welcome packet

3pm - 4pm: Seminar -2, Shedding light on LED’s:

A Model A upgrade with Tina Shinn! @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

6pm - 8pm: Hubley Derby

5pm - 5:45pm: Check In @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

6pm - 8pm: Race @ Fairgrounds Manzanita Room

Participation (entering a car) in the Hubley Derby requires pre-registration. Registration for the Hubley Derby will not be accepted at the event. No registrations for the Hubleys will be accepted after 04/15/2026.

As Memorial Day arrives and our wonderful weekend together comes to a close, we pause to remember the true meaning of this solemn day honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

While Monday marks the journey home for many of our guests, we hope you leave Sonora with fond memories of friendship, laughter, beautiful roads, and the shared spirit of the Model A hobby.

Thank you for joining us for the 2026 Sonora A’s NCRG Mini Round-Up. We wish everyone a safe trip home, and on this Memorial Day, may we always remember and honor those whose sacrifices made these freedoms possible.
